We provide support for individuals with learning disability within our supported living service. We understand learning disability can range from mild to severe, and can often be complex when there are other accompanying diagnoses
We see the individual and seek to understand how the learning disability has affected them as a person and what strengths they have developed for themselves and with the support of our staff and therapeutic relationships that we build we are able to empower our clients, promote their independence and help them live a fulfilling life and support them to achieve their dreams and aspirations, over coming the limitations of their learning disability.
It is inevitable that as we get older we are less able to do what we were able to when we were younger. Whatever the experience you have had we are here to make sure that the later days experiences are positive and satisfying. We develop a therapeutic relationship that is built on trust and companionship, whether it be supporting you with mobility, nutritional needs, personal care or daily living task or just keeping you company and going out and about, our priority is to improve your quality of life, and ensure that ageing is as a beautiful experience for you as can be and as it should, this is why we use our skill mix in matching staffs that are empathetic and has affinity for your elderly
