Everliving Services Ltd have a genuine desire to provide care and support to service users living independently in their own homes in a manner that is individualised and holistic in it’s approach. We required staff who will champion such approach to care.
Successful applicants should be willing to go through an enhanced disclosure and reference check, I.E – DBS check. Prospective applicants of which must be willing and may be required to work early shift and/or late shifts on a rota basis with sleep-ins.
Experience required:
Experience in Mental Health, Autism and Learning disability, with a 6 month experience; this is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided upon contractual acceptance.
Qualifications:
1) Driving License is desirable.
2) Care Certificate is desirable.
3) A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is Desirable.
If you do not already have this qualification, we will provide you with QCF level 3 training after successful completion of your probationary period; and also if you successfully meet the prerequisite job activity levels for internal assessment.

Senior Support Worker
Everliving Services Ltd is looking for skilled and motivated individuals, who have a genuine desire to provide a care to service users living independently in their own homes; in a manner that is personally orientated, prospectively viable and responsive to their needs.
Successful applicants should be willing to go through an enhanced disclosure and reference check, I.E – DBS check. Prospective applicants of which must be willing and may be required to work maximum of 15 hour shifts, early shift, evening shift on a rota basis within the service users homes. This is subject to requirement and will be advised upon notification.
Experience required:
Experience in Mental Health, Autism and Learning disability, with a 12 month experience; this is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided upon contractual acceptance.
Qualifications:
1) Care Certificate is desirable.
2) A QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care is Desirable.

Team Manager

Applicants should:
Ensure that care plans, guidelines, assessments, support plans, health action plans, risk management and medical notes are maintained correctly in accordance with the company guidelines-by direct input or supervising a competent staff with relevant skill and qualifications to do the same.
Supervise the planning of care, as well as supervise the direct and indirect delivery of care by staff.
Ensuring good practices in health and social care within the service by leading the care staff.
37.5 hrs a week plus on-call management staff duty on rotation between with Team Managers.
Experience required:

Experience in Mental Health, Autism and Learning disability with 1 year minimum experience.
Experience in managing teams.
Training will be provided upon contractual acceptance.
Qualifications:

Core Duties as Manager:
Care Planning
Risk assessment
To attend Care Needs assessment-when required to.
To engage in trainings and work related activities that would improve own performance and Development as instructed by the companies Director of training and Development
To Mentor Junior staff members as per within your competency.
Ensuring the companies Quality assurance procedure for company are followed by using our own companies measuring tools, as well as ensures it continues to meet the set standards by company policy as set by directors of the company .
To Facilitate training and development for Junior staff within your competency and scope of you training you will be provided with.
To Facilitate rota as a way of care coordination-with our smart rota systems.
37.5 hrs a week plus on-call management staff duty on rotation between Managers
Requirement:
Experience as Manager within Mental Health Setting private or public sectors at least 2 year experience.
Experience of working with patients or service users with behaviour of concern.
Willingness to be added to the CQC Register as an additional Manager (Everliving Services will support with CQC application)
Experience of facilitating Positive behaviour support planning (training may be provided for the right candidate).
Candidate who will be willing to start asap, however consideration will be given to the right candidate for a future start date.
