Deborah has also worked with lived experience and their family in a systemic approach towards substance misuses interventions.
Deborah has worked with government funded charities and private sector.
Deborah’s has a particular passion for proactive safeguarding, staff training and development of work force as a key factor in delivery our mission statement and promise to People With Lived Experience.

Godsent is a CQC registered Manager with over 10years in Management of Specialist services for people living with Autism, Learning disability, Mental Health disorders and other physical health needs.
Godsent has a particular interest in people living with complex care needs with a desire to make a difference and answer the call where only a few will answer.
Godsent has a passion for care and reports a desire to be front facing and empathize with the struggles faced by People with Lived Experience (PWLE) despite being a director.
